Practice plan for the coming week

Based on forecast ‘feels-like’ temperatures, practice tomorrow is cancelled. Further, everyone should assume that the rest of the week is also cancelled. Any change to that plan will be announced. To keep getting stronger, students are expected to complete 4 at-indoor, home workouts this week. Monday should be at least 40min of green. Tuesday should be HIIT, as explained last week. Wednesday is rest. Thursday and Friday repeat Monday and Tuesday.
