Participants: All athletes who are available and ready to compete.
Summary: This internal competition is completed over one day of practice. Each athlete completes four lifts: squat, bench press, deadlift, and glute bridge. Results are based on total weight lifted. Top varsity and novice results are announced for actual totals and pound-for-pound totals. There are rules.
