Location: Catholic High School, 4552 Princess Anne Road, Virginia Beach, VA.

Participants:  All athletes who want to compete.  Winter practice determines if the team pays the entry fee, or if the interested student covers it.

Summary:  This is an indoor erg race.  Athletes row 2000m on the erg against other junior rowers of similar speed.  We’ll see local competitors.  There are lightweight and open-weight races for men and women.  There is a 1000m coxswain race.  Younger siblings might also have a chance to participate.

Spectating:  There are stands in the gym.
