We strive to offer the opportunity for growth, belonging, achievement, and fun through competitive rowing.

To further that goal, we hope to be a big team where anyone can feel welcome and cared about.  We believe that through athletics, each person can become more.  We rely on camaraderie to inspire desire to excel.  We rely on competitiveness to help us push for greatness in all that we do.  We believe that hard work always has meaning.

The team focuses on physical ability, technical skill, mental toughness, and personal discipline; all necessary components of success in sport and in life.  We want our students to enjoy the sport, becoming stronger people through competition and teamwork.  We hope our students will row successfully after they graduate, perhaps at the collegiate level.  Helping them earn a college scholarship would be a nice bonus.
